Job summary

Abbotsford Chrysler is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to support customers, technicians, and the busy Parts Department. Basic automotive parts knowledge and a team-first attitude are essential.

You will be coachable, quick to learn, dependable, and committed to getting the job done right. This is a permanent, full-time position offering growth and development within Trotman Auto Group.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, technicians, and Service Department with parts inquiries.
• Identify, source, and recommend correct parts and accessories.
• Communicate pricing, availability, and order updates.
• Process orders, quotes, invoices, returns, and warranty documentation.
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
• Support daily operations in a clean, organized Parts Department.
• Participate in training and develop automotive parts knowledge.

Additional Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram experience is an asset
• Comfortable with computers, electronic parts catalogues, and inventory systems
• Automotive Parts certification is an asset
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Available for scheduled Saturdays as required
• Able to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs

What You'll Be Doing
