Job summary

Alliance is seeking an Experienced Lead Cleaner for night shifts in Edmonton. You will report to the office nightly and visit various commercial buildings for cleaning and quality control.

Key duties include driving to sites, delivering supplies, training cleaners, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. Must have English proficiency, a clean criminal record, and a current Alberta driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is required.
• Post-construction cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record.
• English speaking, reading and writing required.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Physically fit to stand for shifts.
• Ability to navigate Edmonton and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our quality control team. You will report to our office each night and visit various commercial buildings that we provide cleaning at.

Responsibilities

• Ability to drive our vehicle to buildings throughout Edmonton and surrounding
• Ensure quality control is being met by cleaners in all buildings
• Delivery of supplies
• Communicate with cleaners, team, managers and clients
• Oversee training of cleaners
• Ensure Health and safety procedures are being communicated and followed
• Chemicals and equipment training for staff
• Troubleshooting emergency situations

Skills

• Candidates with knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning required
• Post construction cleaning experience preferred
• Able to obtain a clean criminal record
• in speaking, reading and writing English
• General computer skills; Excel, Word & Outlook
• Vehicle and current Alberta driver's license required
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record and having lived in Canada for over 5 years
• Physically fit to work standing for shift
• Confidence to drive our Edmonton and area roads
• Strong decision-making skills
