Job summary

All View Lawn Care and Landscapes is seeking an experienced landscaper to join our growing team. You will handle day-to-day operations including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, trees and shrubs, paving stones, base work, rocks and sod, and client relations.

This is a hands-on role requiring past landscape and hardscape experience. You will supervise staff, operate a truck and trailer, design and execute plans, and participate in all labor aspects with flexibility for weather-related weekends.

Qualifications

• Past landscape and hardscape experience required.
• Experience with paving stones, base work, irrigation.
• Ability to supervise staff.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day landscaping operations (hardscape, softscape, irrigation).
• Supervise and instruct staff members.

supervising and instructing staff members
Operating a truck and trailer
Design and execution of plans
Interacting with Clients and maintaining good relationship.

This is hands on position and you will be required to take part in all the labour aspects.

Past experience is a MUST. I am looking for someone that has experience with landscape and hardscape including paving stones, base work, irrigation etc.

40-50 hours a week.
Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend if need due to weather.

Must have a valid drivers license.
