ZenStone Innovations is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a landscaping team in designing and maintaining outdoor spaces. The role requires strong leadership, horticulture knowledge, and hands-on experience with irrigation systems, gardening, and construction.

You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety and quality throughout. The ideal candidate will supervise daily activities, coordinate crews, and communicate with clients to keep projects on track

• Plan and execute landscaping projects, including construction of features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Assist in developing project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction projects.

• Experience with irrigation systems installation and repair.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor projects such as patios or retaining walls.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to landscape projects is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
