Job summary

Whistler Personnel Solutions is seeking a Hardscape Construction Labourer to join our landscape team in Whistler. You will assist with installing paving stones, grading and compacting base material, and using hand and power tools on outdoor projects to enhance spaces.

The role requires physical stamina, comfort working outdoors in all weather, and a strong team mindset. We offer $30 CAD per hour, year-round full-time work, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime and schedule flexibility.

As a Hardscape Construction Labourer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to a variety of projects that enhance the natural beauty of our communities.

The position demands physical stamina and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions. Relevant experience or previous trade work is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for outdoor work, and an eye for detail.

Offering $30 per hour, some schedule flexiblity and year round work.

About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

The Perfect Candidate:

• Able to handle physical work, outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Equipment operation experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the installation of landscaping features including installation of paving stones.
• Grading and compaction of base material.
• Working along side heavy equipment for excavations and hardscape installs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized during and after work hours.
