Job summary

9341-1429 Québec Inc. (Rôtisserie Fusée) in Lévis, QC seeks a reliable cook to join a busy kitchen. The role requires preparing and cooking menu items, managing portions, and maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

We offer 30–40 hours per week, with days, evenings and weekends. Salary is $17.75 per hour, with paid overtime and tip sharing potential. Two weeks of paid vacation are provided, and start date is ASAP; French is the working language.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar cooking role.
• No specific diploma required.
• Ability to work on days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items using required ingredients, according to recipes and orders, controlling portions, cooking times, and quality of preparations.
• Use the necessary kitchen equipment to prepare orders.
• Keep preparation and work areas clean and organized.
• Conduct inventory of food, supplies, and other products.
• Receive and check deliveries and inventory.
• Store received products in appropriate locations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks related to the position.
