Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a dishwasher for Balkan in Banff. Join a lively Mediterranean venue offering pita wraps, souvlaki, veggie options, and vibrant Greek Night events.

You’ll help keep dishes clean, organized, and ready for service while learning safety and sanitation practices in a dynamic kitchen. The role expects a positive team player with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to learn dishwashing procedures and safety rules.
• Positive attitude and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow food safety policies and sanitation guidelines.
• Support kitchen staff with general duties as needed.

We're seeking Dishwashers to join us at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlaki & plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for fun & flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. Join us weekly for Greek Night with belly dancing, plate smashing and traditional dancing! OPA!

• Earn up to $26.00/hr (Wage $17.50-$19.00/hr + average tips of $4-$7/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Clean, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow food safety and sanitation policies
• Assist with general kitchen duties

What You Have:

• Excellent work ethic and a positive team player attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Back of House experience is great, but not necessary. We'll make you a pro in no time!
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
