Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective invites experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join Park, a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in downtown Banff. You’ll craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, engage guests, take orders, and deliver warm hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Live and work in Banff National Park with flexible hours and competitive pay of $17.00 per hour plus tips. Health benefits after 6 months and staff discounts on food and venue products are offered.

Qualifications

• Cocktail Bartending experience required.
• ProServe certification.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Experience with high volume.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Engage with patrons, take orders and deliver great hospitality.
• Assess guest needs and make recommendations from the menu.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
