Job summary
Konrad in Toronto is seeking an experienced Experience Designer (UX/UI) to drive the design thinking process and create innovative mobile, tablet and web products. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship world-class digital experiences for global brands, leveraging Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Strong attention to typography and visual hierarchy.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design execution in visual and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for digital space.
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- A portfolio showcasing digital projects.
- Experience in motion design or web/mobile development is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Attend design thinking workshops, conduct user research and tests, and design rich interactive experiences.
- Identify opportunities and brainstorm digital solutions with the team.
- Collaborate with developers to align technology and business goals with designs.
- Keep up-to-date with design best practices and evolving technologies.
- Advocate a culture of lifelong learning.
