Job summary

Creative Circle is seeking a Product Designer for a 12+ month, 40-hour week engagement in downtown Toronto with onsite presence 2–3 days per week. The rate is $55–$65 CAD per hour (T4).

You will join a design pod with designers and UX architects to deliver end‑to‑end product experiences. You’ll wireframe, prototype, and craft UI/UX for web portals, contribute to design systems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasible, high‑quality implementations.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for web products or portals
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
• Portfolio demonstrating UX process and final design outcomes

Design Systems — Contribute to or maintain a scalable design system for consistent product experiences.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

Continuous Improvement — Use analytics, feedback, and testing to iterate and improve the user experience.

Skills needed:

UX/UI Design experience for web products or portals
