Job description

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering Degree, from an ABET accredited university.

1. Years of engineering experience.

Will be required to drive a company car. A valid driver’s license is required as well as a clean driving record.

Remote work with some travel to the US for meetings and training, approximately times a month.

Preferred Requirements :

1. Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
2. Engineering experience in exhaust system design and development / engineering releasing activity.
3. Green / Black Belt in Shainin or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS).
4. Knowledge of company systems and / or products.
5. NX CAD and / or Teamcenter skills.
6. Ability to read drawings and understand and apply GD&T.
7. Experience in design, releasing and development of automotive components through launch phase. Understanding of exhaust systems and / or background with Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH).
8. Experience with Advanced Quality tools such as DFSS, DFMEA, DVPR, and Function Models.
9. Familiar with vehicle assembly processes.
10. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
11. Ability to lead and manage suppliers.
