Job summary

Goway Travel, a Toronto-based global travel company, seeks a detail-oriented Staff Travel Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel for our team. You will book business and personal travel, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure quality control on all documents.

Ideal candidates excel in English communication, are highly organized, and can work across Goway systems in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple programmes and events worldwide.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with high accuracy in bookings.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Experience using Goway systems for travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Book personal travel arrangements for Goway Staff members, friends and family and contest winners.
• Book employee travel for Goway events such as year-end parties, Christmas parties and the Cricket Match.
• Assist Commercial Managers with booking Goway FAMS when required.
• Book business travel for Goway Employees including but not limited to: Roadshows, Meetings, Office Visits.
• Liaising with Commercial Managers and suppliers for discounted rates when applicable.
• Ensure Quality Control on all confirmations to assure that the final documents will be correct.
• Itinerary QC done prior to releasing documents.
• Chase supplier for confirmations or missing information when required.
• Ensure flight information is up to date with any schedule changes prior to documents going out.
• Send electronic documents directly to Goway staff members and clients.
