Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. Montreal office seeks a Consult Associate Partner - Security to lead cross-functional engagements with CXO‑level clients across Canada, shaping strategic security programs and driving profitable growth for the firm.

You will mentor multi-disciplinary teams, oversee complex transformations from scoping to delivery, build deep client relationships, and contribute to revenue, margin targets, and brand leadership within the industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting.
• Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Demonstrated ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of large, complex consulting engagements across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain CXO-level client relationships and be the trusted advisor.
• Drive profitable growth through signings, revenue targets and backlog management.
• Oversee delivery quality, margin containment and client satisfaction.
