Benefits of Joining Interior Health
The salary range is $206,722 to $284,243, prorated for part-time roles. Salaries are determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

The Executive Medical Director (EMD) provides senior medical administrative input into strategic and operational decisions within the Medicine Portfolio. Reporting to the VP Medicine, the EMD collaborates with various leaders and supports processes like credentialing, medical staff resource planning, recruitment, and governance to enhance medical care quality within IH.
