Job summary

Mon Sheong Foundation in Ontario invites applications for an Administrator to lead the Long Term Care Home's operations, ensuring resident-focused care and compliance with FLTCA, Ministry standards, and local regulations.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, risk management, contracts, and relationships with residents and families, collaborating with Medical Director and Corporate Office.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in health or long-term care settings.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a managerial/supervisory role in health or social services.
• Long-term care management course/certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communications, and financial abilities.
• Resident-centered care and quality/risk management leadership.
• Bilingual English/Chinese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to manage all aspects of Home operations.
• Develop staffing patterns and organizational structure to meet resident needs.
• Oversee contracts, risk management, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with FLTCA and Ministry standards; maintain relations with residents’ families.
