Job summary

Elite Domo is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for a private residence in Vancouver, BC. This role supervises daily housekeeping operations and presentation across the estate, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hospitality for the principals and guests.

Working closely with the Estate Manager, you will develop procedures, manage inventories, supervise the team, and ensure privacy and discretion while delivering invisible service for the family.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of executive housekeeping experience in luxury residences or high-end hospitality.
• Proven leadership of housekeeping teams and operations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and service orientation.
• Ability to train staff and maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping across main and guest residences ensuring pristine presentation.
• Develop seasonal deep-cleaning schedules and preventative programs.
• Maintain inventories of linens, dining ware, and supplies with accurate record-keeping.
• Manage household systems, checklists, and quality control processes.
• Lead, mentor, and train the housekeeping team, including performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Estate Manager and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
