Job summary

Innovation Saskatchewan is seeking an Executive Director of Technical Operations and Asset Management to lead the stewardship and long-term renewal of assets across the R+T Parks in Saskatoon and Regina. You will oversee technical operations, facilities and capital planning to align investments with tenant needs and strategic objectives.

This role requires 10–15 years of senior leadership in facilities or asset management and a strong budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in facilities/asset management.
• Strong strategic planning and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Technical Operations and Asset Management.
• Oversee asset management frameworks and long-term renewal plans.
• Guide capital investment planning using lifecycle costing and risk management.
• Lead building operations, maintenance, energy operations and service delivery.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
