About the Opportunity

• Selects, shapes, and develops the culinary and front of house team
• Provides leadership and oversees provision of food services and hospitality services
• Provides catering services for internal and external events
• Provides input into division menu development
• Liaises with the Health Services Team to ensure clients receive the appropriate therapeutic menu modification as indicated by their medical condition

About You

• In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability, you bring:
• Journeyman Cook papers from an accredited institution
• Current and recognized Food Safety certificate
• Minimum of two years in a leadership role in food services
• Experience in volume food preparation in the hospitality or long-term care sector
• Previous management experience is an asset, as well as any other Alzheimer’s or Dementia training courses are considered an asset
