Job summary

Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Management Assistant, Procurement Services to enable the procurement function with executive support, governance documentation, and cross‑functional coordination. Qualifications

• 2–4 years in business administration, coordination, project management or executive support
• Procurement experience is an asset
• Experience supporting senior leaders and stakeholders at multiple levels
• Excellent organizational, communication and document management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative support to the Head of Procurement
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefings and executive materials
• Track procurement initiatives with dashboards and status reports
• Serve as liaison between Procurement, Finance, Legal and external partners
• Prepare, edit and maintain procurement documents and presentations
• Maintain contract indexes, templates and policy playbooks
• Support planning cycles, training sessions and internal communications
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
