The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs supporting our Partners and is a key part of our Core Business Services team. We support EY’s growth and profitability by delivering exceptional service and keeping our organization running smoothly.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy collaborating with colleagues and understanding and anticipating needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

Business Support

  • Supporting client engagement management, tracking and reporting time & expenses, running reports, maintaining client data, and assisting with billing processes.
  • Creating and formatting letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools, adhering to firm branding standards.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, managing travel arrangements, and handling multiple calendars.
  • Participating in meetings and team initiatives, providing backup support to colleagues.
