Job description

Our client is a boutique, entrepreneurial wealth advisory firm that does things differently.

Working with successful business owners and incorporated professionals, the team is known for its highly personalized approach to financial planning and for making a meaningful difference in the lives of its clients.

With a tight-knit team, ambitious plans for growth and a strong culture of collaboration, this is a business that values people who bring ideas, take ownership and care deeply about the experience they create for others.

The Opportunity

This is a role for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to do more than manage calendars or coordinate logistics. It is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior leaders while also helping shape a truly exceptional client experience.

You will protect executive time, anticipate needs, take action before being asked and keep important details moving. At the same time, you will help bring a white-glove level of hospitality to client interactions - from thoughtful arrivals and personalized touches to more consistent, memorable service.

If you are naturally proactive, comfortable guiding busy leaders and proud of making things happen behind the scenes, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Own
  • Provide high-trust support to senior partners, managing competing priorities and complex calendars with confidence.
  • Anticipate needs and independently resolve issues before they become disruptions.
  • Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper, helping protect executive focus and coordinate requests with sound judgment.
  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, selected projects and follow-through.
  • Coordinate expenses, receipts and financial administration with bookkeeping partners.
  • Own CRM accuracy, confidential information and essential office systems.
  • Help create a consistently exceptional client experience through hospitality, gifting, events and thoughtful personal details.
  • Identify service gaps, improve processes and keep day-to-day office operations organized.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years directly supporting senior executives, founders or multiple principals.
  • A proven ability to manage complex calendars, conflicting priorities and executive requests without constant oversight.
  • Genuine client-facing experience and a natural appreciation for polished, personal service.
  • Excellent judgment, confidentiality and the confidence to respectfully challenge a leader when appropriate.
  • Strong organization, communication and follow-through with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, expenses and everyday business technology.
  • Comfort working in a small, entrepreneurial team where the responsibilities are varied and the pace can change quickly.
  • A desire to build a long‑term, high-impact career as an exceptional Executive Assistant.

Experience in wealth management or financial services is welcome but not required. Boutique professional services, founder‑led businesses and high‑service hospitality environments can all be relevant.

Why This Role

You will be trusted to have real influence on how busy executives work and how clients experience the firm. This is a chance to bring both rigor and genuine hospitality to a team that values autonomy, collaboration and meaningful relationships.

  • Direct partnership with entrepreneurial leadership.
  • A dynamic role combining executive support and client experience.
  • A supportive, connected and growth‑oriented workplace.
  • Room to make practical improvements and see their impact quickly.
  • A workplace that values health, wellness and personal development.
Compensation & Total Rewards
  • Target base salary: $68,000–$80,000 annually
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • On‑site parking, gym, sauna and cold plunge

The salary range is a target and reflects differing levels of experience and proficiency within the role. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s background and organizational requirements.
