As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Cambio, you will be the organizational linchpin supporting our executive team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate effective communication across the company.

The Role

As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Cambio, you will be the organizational linchpin supporting our executive team. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and facilitate effective communication across the company. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure our leadership operates efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments.
  2. Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel itineraries and arrange logistics for conferences, offsites, and other team travel.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.
  4. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team off-sites, and other corporate gatherings.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.
  2. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  4. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google, Notion, Slack) and experience with virtual collaboration tools.
  5. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with evolving priorities and responsibilities.

Logistics

  1. Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
  2. Location: This is a hybrid role, and we primarily hire from our hubs in New York, Toronto, and San Francisco. Proximity to one of these cities is strongly preferred.
  3. Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$70,000-90,000 and will be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
