destinationone Consulting is partnering with Monark Group to recruit an Executive Assistant in Surrey, BC. You will support the CEO and President, manage calendars, travel, and communications, and partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership to maintain rhythm in the Executive Office.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, email, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare and edit internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Track follow-ups, ensure deadlines are met, and keep the CEO focused on top priorities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners, including legal counsel and vendors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, team events, offsites, and executive retreats.
  • Oversee upkeep of the executive office, coffee bar, and boardroom areas.
  • Support general office administration, including printing, filing, supplies, and courier services.
  • Greet and host guests and visitors to the Executive Office.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
  • Assist with project coordination across business initiatives.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll act as the right handto the CEO - ensuring schedules run smoothly, communication is streamlined, andtop priorities are executed without friction. You’ll also work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team to support the overall rhythm of the Executive Office.
