What you'll do

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative, managerial, and organizational support to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as well as assist other executives and their assistants as needed. What you bring
  • 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced or professional environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint expertise preferred); familiarity with Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Concur, and SmartView is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of independence, initiative, and reliability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, exercise sound judgment, and anticipate needs
  • Strong relationship-building skills within an organization
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor with executive presence, tact, and political savvy
  • Willingness to monitor emails occasionally outside of regular hours
