The opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self-motivated EAs supporting our Partners and is a key part of our Core Business Services team. We maintain our organization’s strength by delivering exceptional service, supporting EY’s growth and profitability, aligned with our vision of building a better working world.

Our EAs are driven administrative professionals who enjoy collaborating with colleagues and understanding and anticipating needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities may include:

Business support
  1. Engagement maintenance: Support client engagement management, including tracking and reporting time & expenses, running reports, maintaining accurate client and contact data, and supporting the billing process.
  2. Document management: Use firm branding standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using various Microsoft tools.
  3. Meetings & events: Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings and small events; liaise with teams for larger events; manage travel arrangements; and independently handle multiple calendars.
Teamwork
  • Participate in meetings and learning events, engage in team initiatives and projects, and provide backup support for colleagues.

Minimum qualifications
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn customized software/tools.
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and team orientation.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
