RBC Insurance Finance is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP and senior leadership. This role manages complex calendars, travel, expense reporting, and meeting coordination, while handling confidential information with discretion.
You will partner with the Insurance Finance leadership, coordinate audits, support SharePoint sites, onboarding, and assist with events and team communications in a fast-paced, global-friendly environment.
As an Executive Assistant, you play a critical role by providing direct support to the senior leadership team within RBC Insurance Finance. This role will support the VP, RBC Insurance Finance, requiring a dynamic individual who can manage executive schedules, handle confidential information with discretion, and maintain a productive, efficient and a professional workplace environment. Areas of work include Executive Support, Event Planning, Travel Coordination, Administrative Operations and Team Communications.
