RBC in Toronto is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Vice Presidents and senior leadership team. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel and prepare correspondence and materials for meetings, town halls, and events.
The role requires 5+ years of administrative experience, strong diplomacy, and excellent MS Office skills. You will liaise with leadership and partners, maintain records, and ensure timely action on requests while upholding RBC policies.
As an Executive Assistant, you play a critical role by providing direct support to the senior leadership team within RBC. This role will support the Vice President, T&O Strategic Program Office and Vice President, Enterprise Architecture . You will be accountable for managing schedules, departmental events and executive correspondence to ensure the effectiveness of the executive leadership team. In addition, you will liaise with RBC Leadership and business partners on behalf of the leadership team, follow-up on action items, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain and organize files, prepare correspondence and other presentation materials, and prepare / act as a pre-verification officer for department expense reports.
