The Alberta College of Family Physicians (ACFP) is the provincial chapter for the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and was established 70 years ago. We are a member-based, not-for-profit organization representing over 6,000 family physicians, residents, and medical students across Alberta. We support certification through continuing professional development (CPD), uphold standards for certified learning, and advocate for family physicians in Alberta. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director (ED) plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s leadership and governance. The EA manages administrative tasks, supports board and committee activities, and acts as a primary contact for the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.
