Pacific Blue Cross in Burnaby, BC is hiring a permanent Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. The role provides confidential executive support, manages calendars, prepares reports, and coordinates meetings, deadlines, and travel logistics.

This role is currently working hybrid from home and three days a week at our head office in Burnaby, BC.
The Executive Assistant screens and prioritizes incoming correspondences, communicates with members of the executive team, key contacts, and union officials.
In this role you would manager assigned senior management meeting schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing and submitting expense reports.
This role complies executive and board reports for senior management and prepares files (forms, templates, presentations) and data on departmental performance, resource allocation, budget status, and human resources and labour relations issues.
You would attend executive team, management, and other senior level meetings; taking minutes and following-up on action items.
The Executive Assistant would coordinate the smooth flow of information and determining appropriate courses of action for escalating and addressing urgent matters.
