What You'll Be Doing (and loving!):

You'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring a seamless client experience by:

  • Prepping, maintaining, and closing client files with precision.
  • Completing digital forms and applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Assisting with investment trades and documentation.
  • Keeping our CRM notes and workflows impeccably organized.
  • Staying ahead of compliance procedures and internal protocols.
  • Mastering our calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating all the logistics.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 tools like a pro for ultimate organization.

What You'll Bring to Our Vibrant Team:

  • A positive attitude and hunger to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfort using technology and an eagerness to learn new platforms.
  • Solid time management skills and the ability to seamlessly shift between priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of (or a keen interest in) finance, business, law, or accounting.
  • A reliable commute to our Kelowna office 5 days per week.
