Qualifications

About the role:

You will also be expected to assist with operations and communications across North American time zones, and we will provide you with the necessary tools, including a business communication number.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest communication and booking inquiries across platforms
  • Oversee scheduling, calendar sync, and reservation flow using Logifi and Enzo
  • Support back-end operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Utilize a CRM for call recording, conversation tracking, and task management
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT Plus, Gamma, Sora) to automate and streamline workflows
  • Track deliverables, set reminders, and follow up on key tasks
  • Proactively identify areas for efficiency and process improvement

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Executive Assistant experience (remote or hospitality setting preferred)
  • Strong background in calendar management, task coordination, and guest support
  • Familiarity with Logifi, Enzo, or similar booking/calendar tools is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (CRMs, AI tools, etc.)
  • Highly organized, self-managed, and detail-oriented
