Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up the examination room according to specific requirements and ensure equipment and facilities function properly.
• Administer delivery of electronic and paper exams and maintain documentation.
• Handle students’ issues and direct them to IT support, the Exam Administrator, or Professor as needed.
• Ensure students comply with exam regulations and report any non-compliant behavior.
• Ensure mobile and web-accessible devices are collected before and returned after exams.
• Escort students to the washroom as required and alert staff with questions.
• At the end of the exam period, collect all materials and ensure nothing is left behind.
