MOHAWK COLLEGE OF APPLIED ARTS & TECHNOLOGY is seeking an Events Assistant (Regular Part Time) to support the recruitment team in planning, coordinating, and evaluating on-campus recruitment events from pre-event to post-event reconciliation.
The role requires flexibility as on-campus days may change based on events. Hybrid work arrangements are available at Mohawk College, with the Fennell campus as the home location.
Status: Regular Part Time
Hours: Up to 24 hours/week
Home Campus: Fennell (hybrid work arrangements available)
Rate of Pay: $17.60 per hour, plus 6% in lieu of vacation

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, the Events Assistant will support the domestic recruitment team in the planning and delivery of recruitment events, including pre-event coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reconciliation and evaluation.
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, as the on-campus days may need to change based on events and recruitment activities.
Provides key administrative support to the recruitment team through:

As a member of the Registrar's Office, support for larger college events such as startup and convocation may be required.
