Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a Sales Solutions Senior Specialist to drive growth within Partnership Development & Solutions. You will oversee pitch strategy, proposal development, and sales enablement while managing resources to deliver high-quality partner materials.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in marketing, strategy, sales or consulting with strong storytelling, presentation and relationship-building abilities. Availability for evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales, or consulting.
  • Ability to provide strategic insight and clear communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own team workflow, prioritization and resource allocation across opportunities.
  • Lead storytelling and partnership recommendations for high-value prospects.
  • Oversee proposal, presentation and storytelling standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with BP&I and BI to translate insights into commercial narratives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members while managing design resources.
  • Maintain and update sales templates and centre-of-excellence materials.
  • Support integration of insights into presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality across deliverables.
