Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in food service preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of food safety principles; food safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to orders and banquet menus.
• Maintains knowledge of menu items and offerings.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness of service areas during events.
• Replenishes food and beverage products.
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Breaks down and cleans/sanitizes service areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and staff.
• Follows Aramark safety policies and protects company assets.
• May assist with event setup and teardown as required.
