Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Event Security to lead the Event Day Guard team across all MLSE sporting and concert events. This hourly role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to maintain fans' safety and a positive atmosphere.

You will work evenings, nights, and weekends, liaise with third‑party contractors, ensure compliance with MLSE policies and safety acts, and uphold the one-team culture across venues such as

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to obtain Smart Serve Certification.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships.
• Sports & Entertainment environment experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Event Day Guard team for all Sporting and Concert events hosted by MLSE.
• Provide coaching, training and motivation to the department’s Event security staff.
• Ensure the safety of fans and employees through effective crowd management.
• Communicate positively with staff and fans and uphold MLSE policies.
• Liaise with third‑party contractors during events and maintain positive employer/employee relations.
• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety Act and AGCO regulations.
