Job summary

Sword Security is recruiting for Seasonal Event Security Guards in Vancouver. This short-term contract role places you on the front line to ensure a safe, enjoyable concert experience and enforce venue rules and protocols.

As part of the team you will monitor entrances, conduct screenings, assist guests, and maintain clear communications with the security team. Weekend work, physical stamina, and reliable professionalism are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year security experience in BC security sector
• Hold a Valid BC Security Worker licencelx
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Outstanding communication skills
• Have a passion for working with others to deliver a great event experience
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• The ability to work weekends
• Ability to work and be on your feet for up to 10 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Bring a positive welcoming attitude to your role

Key requirements
