Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Saskatoon, SK (Part-Time / Full-Time, Onsite)

Company: Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire

We are seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will educate and offer financial products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation: $15.00/hr minimum, plus commission. Competitive base wage with a structure that allows you to increase your earnings weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
• Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Engage customers creatively to share the benefits of the product.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
