The role focuses on developing and fostering hotel business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours of the hotel for guest rooms and event space. • Experience in hotel sales and catering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to forecast revenue and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
• Respond quickly, professionally, and clearly to all communications.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and proactive planning.
• Maintain assigned accounts and develop new business for the hotel.
• Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details.
• Assist with projects, reports, training, coaching, and supervision as directed.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues with the Dir of Sales and Marketing.
