Job summary

Ottawa Senators is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to support at community events across the Greater Ottawa region and at home games. You will engage with fans, promote the team and its programs, and collect fan data.

This role requires a positive, outgoing personality, flexibility to work weekday, evening, and weekend shifts, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 lbs. Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident personality suitable to engage with fans.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently.
• Positive energy and professional demeanor at events.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.
• Valid Ontario G Class driver's license with clean abstract.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Available for weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support at community events with fans.
• Interact with fans, promote brand and collect data.
• Assist at home games during secondary role.
• Follow event sheets for setup and teardown.
• Work in pairs or teams.
• Answer routine questions about team and venue.
