Compass Group TCU Place Saskatoon is seeking a Catering Server to deliver and serve food and beverages at scheduled functions. You will assemble and deliver all food and supplies to catered locations and ensure timely service.

Responsibilities include logging food temperatures, assisting with prep and buffet setup, serving plated dinners, maintaining cleanliness, and returning equipment after events. A valid Food Handler Certificate and RBSC are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar service environment.
• Must hold Food Handler Certificate and Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to read event orders and organize deliveries.
• Strong communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and serve food and beverages at scheduled functions.
• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Assist with food and table prep before events begin.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items.
• Serve plated dinners and respond to beverage/appetizer requests.
• Keep display equipment clean during meal service.
• Return food, beverages, equipment, and utensils after events.
• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure courteous service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and products on hand.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• May drive a catering delivery truck.
