Evening Warehouse Distribution Associate

Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Waterdown, ON, is seeking a Distribution Associate I to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, restocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

You will ensure products are received and documented per GMP and SOPs, perform cycle counts, maintain records, and identify improvement opportunities. This is a 12-month contract with onsite hours 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
• Experience in distribution/wearhouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, receive, and verify incoming goods against packing slips and invoices.
• Pick, pack, and verify products for shipment in a timely manner.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Prepare records of products received, transferred, and shipped.
• Report discrepancies to Quality Assurance.
• Plan daily tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain SOP training and seek process improvements.
