Job summary

Ontario Medical Supply in Kingston, ON is seeking an Operations Associate to support warehouse operations and equipment handling. This full-time role focuses on accurate inventory, order processing, and safe, efficient distribution of goods.

You will work Wednesday to Saturday 10 AM to 9 PM, stand for long periods, lift and move items, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. A high school diploma and familiarity with warehouse tasks are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/operations, equipment handling, or technical support is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all workplace health and safety policies.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company policies.
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle and maintain equipment and supplies according to procedures.
• Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, kit assembly and staging.
• Return all cancelled, double picked, or unsuccessful orders to stock.
