Job summary

Adecco Canada is hiring a Shipping & Stock Associate to support fast-paced distribution operations in Stouffville. This full-time temporary role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and safe handling of goods.

You will process shipments with carriers, prepare packing slips, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with teammates across departments. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving is an asset.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Proficient with computers and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to stand and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer and stock orders for shipment by verifying product descriptions, lot numbers, and quantities.
• Generate packing slips and shipping documentation using computerized systems.
• Operate packaging equipment to prepare orders for shipment.
• Process shipments using FedEx, Purolator, UPS, and internal systems.
• Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team across multiple departments.
• Work overtime when required to support operational needs.
