Job summary

FirstService Residential in Markham, ON is seeking a Security Concierge who is self-motivated, outgoing, and highly organized to assist residents with information and services.

You will work Tuesday to Friday, 4:00pm to 12:00am, and Saturday from 12:00pm to 12:00am, earning $18.05 per hour. Responsibilities include access control, resident support, safety measures, and maintaining professional conduct and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college courses in related fields are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and answers questions.
• Stay calm under pressure and act quickly.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Schedules access for authorized service providers to units.
• Maintains resident privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Enforces client rules and assists police or medical staff when required.
• Provides exceptional customer service to clients, contractors and visitors.
