Job summary

Tradesman Manufacturing is seeking an Afternoon Production Floor Supervisor to lead the shift, mentor a large team, and ensure safe, efficient production on the factory floor from 3:30pm to 1:00am. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement to keep operations running smoothly.

You will report to the Production Manager, supervise 30–50 direct and indirect reports, organize training and recertification, track KPIs, and drive lean improvements while upholding Health and Safety

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 30+ people in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Commitment to Health & Safety and lean improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30–50 team members, direct shift activities and coaching.
• Schedule training, recertification, and performance reviews.
• Track KPI data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and housekeeping is maintained.
• Coordinate with maintenance and warehouse teams to keep production on schedule.
