Job summary

Factor is hiring cooks for its Calgary kitchen, reporting to the Sous Chef. You will set up equipment, batch-cook recipes, and ensure top-quality food across kitchen stations, helping scale a fast-growing meal-delivery brand.

You will work Tuesday–Friday 2:45 PM–10:45 PM, with premiums for afternoon/overnight shifts. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities await in Canada’s evolving meal service market.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissary/high-volume kitchen environments.
• Solid knowledge of sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain equipment; batch-cook recipes in large quantities.
• Prepare raw ingredients including brining/marinating proteins.
• Operate grills, braisers, ovens, mixers, and other industrial kitchen equipment.
• Work across production areas from receiving to packing orders.
• Maintain high health and safety standards per regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
