Job summary

CSSMB is seeking a skilled pipefitter for a hands-on maintenance role. You will repair and replace piping, ensure plumbing systems function correctly, and install appliances and heating piping across a school building as part of a dedicated facilities team.

The position runs Monday to Friday with a 38.75 hour week and a start date of 2026-07-08. A Plumbing and Heating diploma and a valid journeyman card are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires Plumbing and Heating diploma or an equivalent recognized by authorities.
• Valid journeyman card (construction or non-construction) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace piping.
• Ensure proper maintenance of piping, faucets, valves, etc.
• Install refrigeration, lighting, and gas cooking appliances.
• Install, replace, repair, and connect piping for steam, hot water, or gas heating appliances.
• Perform any other related tasks.
