Job summary

CSSMB is seeking a pipefitter to perform hands-on maintenance and repair work across plumbing, heating, gas, and refrigeration systems. The role supports daily life in a school environment, providing essential services to students and staff and contributing to reliable building operations in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.
• Journeyman qualification certificate.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace piping.
• Maintain piping, faucets, valves, etc.
• Install refrigeration, lighting, and gas cooking appliances.
• Install, replace, repair, and connect piping for steam, hot water, or gas heating appliances.
• Perform other related tasks.

Job description

Schedule: 38.75 h / week

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 8:30 PM to 11:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace piping;
• Ensure proper maintenance of piping, faucets, valves, etc.;
• Install refrigeration, lighting, and gas cooking appliances;
• Install, replace, repair, and connect piping for steam, hot water, or gas heating appliances;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Professional studies diploma in Plumbing and Heating or hold a diploma or a certificate of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority;
• Valid construction journeyman card or valid non-construction journeyman qualification certificate;
• Valid driver's license.
