Job summary
AAA Canada in Sainte-Claire is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor for the evening shift. You will lead a unionized team of 20–30 people, drive quality and process improvements, and coordinate production activities to meet department goals.

Qualifications
- Professional or college training in a technical field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing management in a unionized environment & experience in automotive painting.
- Good understanding of the Office suite.
- Mastery of continuous improvement management methods (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Develop and mobilize the production painting team of 20-30 people.
- Continuously improve work processes to meet department results.
- Structure operational activities and supervise the evening shift.
